How can I track my delivery?
We will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched. You should also receive an email from the courier with tracking information.

We use a range of couriers depending on the items you order and where you are located for delivery.
My full order has not arrived or items are missing
We dispatch from two warehouse locations in the North-West, so your order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates.
Items listed as Pre-Order with a Dispatched by date on the product page are dispatched separately by the date specified. You will receive a separate dispatch email with tracking details when each part of your order ships.
Pre-Order items
Pre-Order items with a Dispatched by date on the product page are sent separately from in-stock orders, within 7 working days of the date specified.
Large item delivery charges
Larger items such as furniture, including garden furniture, and rugs may ship separately. If your order contains more than one large item, the packages may arrive on different dates.
Any delivery service, charge and estimated date available for large items is shown at checkout before you pay.
