UK Standard£4.99Free when your order total is £50 or more. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
UK Express£6.99Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Checkout shows the services, charges and estimated delivery dates currently available for your address and order. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

How can I track my delivery?+
We will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched. You should also receive an email from the courier with tracking information.

My full order has not arrived or items are missing+
We dispatch from two warehouse locations in the North-West, so your order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. Items listed as Pre-Order with a Dispatched by date on the product page are dispatched separately by the date specified. You will receive a separate dispatch email with tracking details when each part of your order ships.
Pre-Order items+
Pre-Order items with a Dispatched by date on the product page are sent separately from in-stock orders, within 7 working days of the date specified.
Large item delivery charges+
Larger items such as furniture, including garden furniture, and rugs may ship separately. If your order contains more than one large item, the packages may arrive on different dates. Any delivery service, charge and estimated date available for large items is shown at checkout before you pay.
